Terms
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Keeda Studios ("we", "us") for the Punchlines app. By using the app you accept them.
1. The game
Punchlines is free to play. You can fight bots offline, and real people online. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
2. Your fighter name
Pick a name that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretending to be someone else. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or scripts in online fights, attack our servers, or try to break the game for others. We may end fights and block accounts that do.
4. Tips, karma and skins
- Tips are optional. Each tip gives you the amount of karma shown before you pay. Karma unlocks cosmetic skins and animations only. It never makes you stronger in a fight.
- Karma and skins have no cash value, cannot be traded or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- There are no random rewards: you always see exactly what you get before you get it.
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds follow their refund rules; ask them, not us. If a payment is refunded, we may remove the karma or skins it gave.
- If you delete your data, your karma and skins are deleted too.
5. Our content
The game, its art, sounds, code and the name Punchlines belong to Keeda Studios or its licensors. You may play and share screenshots and videos of the game.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will always work, or work without errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time (Settings → Delete my data). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where the law of your country gives you protections that cannot be waived.
10. Apple
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
